Warranty Policy – Repairo Hub

At Repairo Hub, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We believe in providing reliable, professional, and trustworthy repair services for appliances, laptops, mobiles, and other electronic devices. To give our customers confidence and peace of mind, we offer a limited warranty policy on selected repair services and replacement parts.

This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage, limitations, and procedures for warranty claims. Please read it carefully before using our services.

1. Warranty Coverage

Repair Services

  • All eligible repair services performed by Repairo Hub come with a 7–90 days limited warranty, depending on the type of appliance/device and the nature of the repair.
  • The warranty period begins from the date of service completion.
  • Spare Parts and Replacements
  • Any spare parts or replacement components provided by Repairo Hub may include a manufacturer’s warranty or a service warranty (duration will be specified at the time of repair).
  • Only genuine or high-quality compatible parts are used, based on availability and customer approval.

2. What the Warranty Covers

  • Malfunctions or defects directly related to the repair carried out by Repairo Hub.
  • Failure of replacement parts provided and installed by Repairo Hub during the warranty period.
  • Service errors, if identified within the warranty timeframe.

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, liquid spillage, accidents, physical damage, or power surges.
  • Issues arising due to unauthorized repair attempts by other technicians after Repairo Hub service.
  • Software-related issues such as viruses, operating system failures, or third-party applications.
  • Normal wear and tear or consumable items (e.g., batteries, chargers, cables).
  • Damage to unrelated parts of the device/appliance not covered in the repair job.
  • Appliances or devices used for commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To maintain warranty eligibility, customers must:

  • Retain the original service invoice or receipt provided at the time of repair.
  • Avoid tampering with the device or allowing unauthorized technicians to open the device post-repair.
  • Report any warranty claim within the warranty period.

5. Claim Process

If you encounter issues within the warranty period:

  • Contact our support team via phone or email.
  • Provide your invoice/service receipt and a description of the issue.
  • Our technician will inspect the device/appliance to verify the claim.
  • If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace the part free of cost within the warranty terms.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • Repairo Hub’s liability is strictly limited to repair or replacement of defective parts/services covered under warranty.
  • We are not responsible for loss of data, loss of use, incidental damages, or indirect costs arising from device failure.
  • Warranty coverage cannot be transferred to another person or device.

7. No-Guarantee Disclaimer

Please note that while we strive to deliver the best repair services, no repair service can guarantee permanent resolution due to the complex nature of electronic devices and appliances. Warranty applies only to the scope of work completed by Repairo Hub.

8. Changes to This Policy

Repairo Hub reserves the right to update or modify this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised date.
