- Once a booking is made, our team will confirm availability and schedule a technician visit.
4. Service Inspection & Estimates

- After diagnosis, a cost estimate will be shared. No repair work will begin without customer approval.
- Estimates are subject to change if additional issues are found during the repair process.
5. Pricing & Payments
- Prices vary based on the type of appliance, parts required, and service complexity.
- We ensure transparent pricing — all costs will be discussed before the service begins.
- Payment methods include cash, card, and digital wallets.
- In some cases, advance payment or deposit may be required for spare part procurement.
6. Spare Parts & Materials
- Repairo Hub uses genuine or high-quality compatible spare parts.
- Availability of original brand-specific parts depends on the manufacturer’s supply.
- Customers will be informed about the type of part used (OEM or compatible) before installation.
7. Warranty & Service Guarantee
- Some services and spare parts may include a limited warranty.

- Warranty does not cover:

9. Limitations of Liability
- Delays caused by part shortages or third-party suppliers.
- Pre-existing conditions in devices that were not disclosed.
- Data loss, file corruption, or software reinstallation needs.
- Damages caused after service completion due to mishandling.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid by the customer.

10. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
- If a cancellation occurs after technician dispatch, a visit fee may be charged.
- Repairo Hub reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in case of emergencies, natural events, or technician unavailability.
11. Refunds & Returns
- Service charges are non-refundable once the repair is completed.
- Refunds may only apply in cases where services were not delivered as agreed or if a prepaid order for spare parts cannot be fulfilled.
- Replacement parts once installed cannot be returned unless they are defective under warranty.
12. Shipping of Devices (if applicable)
- If a device is shipped to our service center, the customer is responsible for safe packaging.
- Repairo Hub is not responsible for damage caused during transit by courier or third-party shipping providers.
